In this dynamic position, you’ll take ownership of payroll processes for over 500 employees, working in close partnership with a social secretariat and your HR colleagues. From processing salaries and benefits to ensuring compliance with Belgian social legislation, your expertise will help keep operations smooth, accurate, and on time.

Payroll Manager | Function

Collect, verify, and input payroll-related data: salaries, benefits, absences, holidays, etc.
Manage payroll for 500 employees in collaboration with a social secretariat
Ensure compliance with deadlines and current Belgian social legislation
Handle payroll-related questions from employees
Assist with related HR administrative tasks (certificates, end-of-contract documents, etc.)
Work closely with other HR team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service

Payroll Manager | Profile

Proven experience in payroll management (minimum 3–5 years)
In-depth knowledge of Belgian social legislation
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
Fluent in Dutch and French
