One of our partners in the research and development sector is currently seeking a Payroll Team Lead to join their Brussels office.

To strengthen the team, the Belgian office is looking for a Payroll Lead to oversee both the operational and, most importantly, technical aspects of payroll and compensation management.

Payroll Lead | Role

Oversee and manage daily payroll operations for various employee statuses (expats, international workers, etc.).
Optimize compensation structures and payroll-related processes.
Provide technical leadership and supervision to the payroll team.
Handle complex employee queries and cases with professionalism and accuracy.

Payroll Lead | Profile

Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in payroll within an international environment.
Fluent in French, English and Dutch
Solid knowledge of Belgian labor and social security legislation, including various employee statuses.
Detail-oriented, meticulous, and well-organized, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.
