Your responsabilities
• Advise corporate clients on direct and indirect taxation, including M&A, real estate, family offices, funds, and financing
• Supervise and coordinate the work of junior lawyers in delivering strategic tax advice
• Assist clients in interactions with tax authorities, including rulings, audits, and litigation before national and international courts
• Collaborate with colleagues from other teams on complex, multidisciplinary matters
• Participate in continuous learning and professional development through training programs
Ideal profile
• Belgian law degree with strong academic results and an additional degree or coursework in taxation
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in transactional taxation
• Fluent in Dutch with very good written and oral command of French and English
