Your responsibilities

Advise clients on a broad range of commercial law matters.
Handle commercial litigation and transactional files.
Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including licensing and distribution contracts.
Support clients on corporate transactions and trading practices.
Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the further growth of the practice.

Ideal Profile

You have 2 to 6 years of experience as a lawyer admitted to the Belgian Bar.
You have experience in commercial advisory, transactions and/or litigation.
You are fluent in Dutch or French, with a solid command of the other national language and English.
You are analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative and eager to grow into a leadership position.
