We are supporting a leading advisory firm looking to strengthen its Transaction Advisory team with a senior profile combining financial expertise, leadership and commercial drive.

M&A Expert | Your role

As an M&A Lead, you will take ownership of value-added engagements linked to acquisitions, disposals, refinancing and business transformation projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading financial due diligence assignments for buy-side, sell-side and refinancing transactions
Advising clients on strategic and financial decisions during critical stages of a deal
Overseeing valuations of companies, business units and investment opportunities
Structuring and coordinating complex acquisition and financing processes
Identifying risks, opportunities and value creation levers
Coaching, mentoring and developing team members
Driving business development through client relationships and new opportunities
Contributing to the strategic growth and market positioning of the Transaction Advisory practice

You will operate in a role combining technical excellence, client exposure and business vision.

M&A Expert | Your profile

Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Transaction Advisory, Audit, Corporate Finance or similar environments
Fluent in Dutch and English, with a good command of French
Strong analytical mindset and results-driven approach
Proven experience in team leadership and project management
Commercial mindset with the ability to generate opportunities
Entrepreneurial, proactive and hands-on attitude
