Your responsibilities
- Assist clients with merger control, FDI and Foreign Subsidies Regulation filings before European and national authorities.
- Conduct legal research and prepare practical, business-oriented competition law advice.
- Support clients on behavioural competition law matters and commercial practices issues.
- Participate in investigations, information requests, regulatory inquiries and enforcement proceedings.
- Draft submissions, notifications, memoranda and correspondence for competition authorities.
Ideal profile
- Belgian Master of Law and qualified to practise in Belgium.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Competition Law, or strong exposure to merger control, FDI, FSR and antitrust matters.
- Fluent in English with excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
