Role

What You’ll Be Doing

• Advise on privacy compliance, IT contracts, data governance and digital risk

• Support clients on regulatory challenges linked to GDPR, the AI Act and e-privacy

• Handle contentious matters including IT disputes and data breach responses

• Coordinate with cross-practice teams on tech-heavy transactional and regulatory projects

• Take part in strategic work related to digital platforms and emerging tech

Profile

Ideal Profile

• Above all, you are passionate about technology, privacy and the legal challenges that come with innovation

• You are genuinely interested in combining advisory work with litigation, and not afraid to go to court when needed

• You have between 2 and 5 years of experience in Tech, IP/IT in a law firm

• You are a Dutch native speaker, fluent in English, with a good working knowledge of French

• You hold a Belgian master's in law
