Our partner, a major national organisation operating in the healthcare sector, is looking for an IT Service Continuity Officer to strengthen its IT resilience and service continuity strategy.

Working closely with the CISO, you will take ownership of initiatives that help protect critical IT services, improve disaster recovery readiness and strengthen organisational resilience. A high-impact role where your expertise contributes to the continuity of essential services.

IT Service Continuity Officer - Your Daily Tasks

IT Service Continuity: Coordinate the organisation's IT service continuity strategy, ensuring alignment with business needs and resilience objectives.
Risk Management: Identify, assess and monitor IT continuity risks, ensuring clear visibility of potential vulnerabilities and improvement actions.
Disaster Recovery: Develop and improve recovery strategies, coordinate testing activities and report on recovery readiness and results.
Infrastructure Resilience: Work with technical experts to assess the resilience of IT infrastructure, cloud environments and critical applications.
Third-Party Assurance: Monitor external service providers' continuity and disaster recovery capabilities, ensuring appropriate levels of assurance.
Awareness & Improvement: Drive continuity planning, stakeholder coordination and awareness initiatives to strengthen organisational preparedness.

IT Service Continuity Officer - Your Profile

You have 3–10 years of relevant experience in IT service continuity, business continuity, IT risk or information security.
You understand frameworks such as ISO 22301, ISO 27001, ISO 31000, NIST, COBIT or ITIL.
You have a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, security controls, cloud environments and disaster recovery.
You can coordinate projects, manage stakeholders and translate technical risks into actionable plans.
You have strong analytical, communication and organisational skills, combined with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
You are fluent in Dutch, with a good understanding of the other national language.
