As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining ICT systems and networks, executing technical tasks, and ensuring seamless operation of computer and networking systems.

• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems (hardware, operating systems, applications, and networks).
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting (respond to service requests, diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues).
• Manage user accounts and equipment (set up new users, repair/replace devices, support new application rollouts).
• Monitor IT systems and analyze trends (log queries, analyze helpdesk tickets, identify recurring issues).
• Support IT management and compliance (assist with administrative tasks, contribute to ISO27001 processes, test new technology).

• Proven Experience : At least 5 years as an ICT Officer; help desk support experience is a plus.
• Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of Microsoft (SCCM, Azure, AD, GPO, 365), Cisco, Firewall/VPN, Veeam, Lansweeper, and ISO27001.
• Communication & Languages : Excellent presentation skills in English, Dutch, and French, making complex tech simple for all.
• Organized & Proactive : Strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, always thinking ahead.
• Flexibility & Team Spirit : Travel occasionally to Brussels, Liège and Wavre work independently but thrive in a team, and always act with integrity.
