As an ICT Infrastructure Architect, you work at the core of designing and shaping the infrastructure landscape, ensuring seamless integration across diverse technology domains. Your role extends beyond architecture—you provide strategic direction, aligning business needs with secure, scalable, and efficient ICT solutions. With a strong technical background and broad vision, you bridge the gap between business requirements and the expertise of specialized Solution Architects across hosting, workplace, IAM, storage, backup, and monitoring. Role
End-to-End ICT Architecture
- Define, maintain, and continuously enhance a cohesive infrastructure architecture that ensures seamless integration across technology domains.
Strategic Roadmap
- Develop and drive a long-term infrastructure strategy that supports business growth, aligns with emerging technologies, and proactively addresses security threats and compliance needs.
High-Level Design
- Translate business requirements into strategic high-level infrastructure designs, incorporating scalability, security, resilience, and operational efficiency.
- Establish standards and guidelines to maintain consistency and best practices across infrastructure domains.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Act as a key connection between Solution Architects, project managers, and business stakeholders, fostering cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated and effective infrastructure solutions.
- Actively participate in architecture review routines.
Operational Design
- Ensure infrastructure solutions are not only technically robust but also operationally effective, supporting ITIL processes such as incident, problem, and change management to enable smooth daily operations.

- Extensive experience (+10 year) in ICT architecture and infrastructure design at an enterprise level.
- Strong background in Data Center technologies, cloud platforms, networking, and security.
- Knowledge of hybrid infrastructure models, including on-premises, cloud (Azure, AWS), virtualization (VMware, Nutanix), and containerization (OpenShift, Kubernetes).
- Experience with IAM, security, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIS2, ISO 27001).
- Ability to challenge and refine business requirements, ensuring realistic and future-proof solutions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Extensive experience with automation, Infrastructure as Code, and modern infrastructure management principles to drive efficiency and scalability.
