An international player in the fashion industry is currently looking for an HR Manager based in the Brussels region.

We are seeking a versatile professional who will serve as the main point of contact between management, trade unions, and employees.

Role | HR Manager

Strategic HR influence: actively contribute to the HR strategy and translate it into impactful initiatives.
Social dialogue & relations: foster open communication, negotiate working conditions, and promote a collaborative workplace.
Prevention & well-being: design and implement prevention and well-being programs.
Legal & social advisory: support management with expertise in social law and ensure compliance with regulations.
Negotiation & representation: represent the company with sectoral and governmental bodies and lead collective bargaining negotiations.

Profile | HR Manager

Degree in social law with strong knowledge of social relations.
Proven experience in team management and negotiation within a complex organization.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build bridges between stakeholders.
Proactive, strategic, and results-driven, with strong analytical skills.
Bilingual FR/NL, (English is an asset)
