GRC Consultant - Tasks & Responsibilities

Take ownership of IT Service Continuity & Resilience, coordinating stakeholders across the organisation.
Identify, assess and monitor IT risks, while driving continuous improvements in resilience and security measures.
Assess Disaster Recovery readiness, including the resilience and recovery capabilities of external IT service providers.
Develop and coordinate business continuity and disaster recovery testing, analyse results and follow up on improvement actions.
Work closely with Architecture, Infrastructure, Security & IT Operations teams to integrate resilience requirements into projects and daily operations.
Drive awareness, training and communication initiatives around IT continuity and resilience.

GRC Consultant - Requirements & Profile

You have 3–10 years of experience in IT Continuity, IT Risk, Information Security, GRC or a related field.
You have a solid understanding of frameworks such as ISO 22301, ISO 27001, ISO 31000, NIST, COBIT or ITIL.
You understand IT architectures, security controls and cloud infrastructures, particularly Azure and/or GCP.
You are comfortable with risk management, project management and IT vendor oversight.
You have strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills and enjoy working with different teams.
You are fluent in Dutch and have a good understanding of the other language. Certifications such as CISM, CISA, CISSP, CRISC or BCI are a plus.
