The company is modernising the platforms behind policy management, claims and distribution, with a long-term investment programme already underway.

To support this, it is strengthening its functional analysis teams and is looking for a Functional Analyst with solid insurance knowledge.

The job

Translate insurance business needs — products, pricing rules, policy lifecycle, claims handling — into functional specifications the development teams can build.
Work on one or more domains depending on your specialisation: group life, individual life, non-life, claims or distribution.

Role

Gather and challenge business requirements from underwriting, claims, actuarial and distribution teams.
Formalise business rules, product parameters and process flows into clear functional specifications.
Ensure the day-to-day link between business stakeholders and the development teams, and take part in functional validation and testing.

Profile

Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or Computer Science.
Around 5 years of experience in functional analysis or in an insurance business role, with the ability to become operational quickly. Solid knowledge of insurance products and processes is essential.
Dutch or French with a good command of the other, and professional English.
