Finance Manager | International Manufacturing Environment

Our client, an international industrial company, is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead its finance function and support strategic growth.

Your duties and responsibilities

Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings under BeGAAP and USGAAP
Manage reporting towards the European and US headquarters
Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial analyses
Oversee balance sheet reviews, P&L analysis and cash flow reporting
Supervise work-in-progress valuation and percentage-of-completion accounting
Manage inventory valuation, provisions and working capital optimisation
Coordinate internal and external audits
Review costing, overhead calculations and profitability analyses
Manage banking relationships and treasury-related topics
Lead, coach and develop a small finance team
Act as a business partner for operational management and participate in management meetings

Ideal profile

Experience: Minimum 10 years' experience in accounting, controlling or finance, including solid experience with USGAAP reporting and team management
Languages: Fluent French and professional English (daily interactions with international stakeholders)
Qualifications: Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent, with strong knowledge of BeGAAP and USGAAP
