Role

Advise Belgian and international clients on a broad range of employment law matters
Support complex individual and collective employment law projects
Handle cross-border employment issues in collaboration with international colleagues
Draft legal documents and provide pragmatic, business-oriented advice
Contribute to the continued growth and development of the Employment practice

Profile

You have between 3 and 8 years of experience in Employment Law, ideally gained within a top-tier law firm
You are a Dutch or French native speaker, have an excellent command of the other national language and are fluent in English
You combine strong academics with a pragmatic mindset, attention to detail and a genuine enthusiasm for helping develop a growing practice
