Our client is looking for a senior Employment lawyer with a portable client portfolio to reinforce its Brussels team.

Your duties and responsibilities

Develop and manage your existing Employment law client portfolio
Advise companies on individual and collective labour law matters
Support clients in restructuring projects, negotiations and employment disputes
Work closely with Corporate and Tax teams on multidisciplinary projects
Contribute to the strategic growth of the Employment practice

Ideal profile

Experience: 8+ years in Employment law with a portable client portfolio
Languages: French and English required; Dutch is a strong asset
Qualifications: Belgian law degree and admission to the Belgian Bar
