Devops Engineer
Are you the DevOps Engineer who turns complex infrastructure into seamless automation?
As a DevOps Engineer, you will join a chapter of experienced engineers focused on enabling application teams to deliver value safely and efficiently.
You will work at the intersection of software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and operations.
Your mission is to simplify and streamline how teams build, deploy, and operate services in production.
You will design and maintain shared tooling, automation frameworks, and engineering standards that support the wider technology organisation.
This is a hands-on technical position with a strong collaborative component. Your day-to-day work will include infrastructure automation, CI/CD engineering, Kubernetes operations, observability improvements, and supporting development teams.
Role
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that automate delivery from development to production
- Develop Infrastructure as Code to provision and manage cloud environments in a repeatable and scalable way
- Operate and optimize containerized workloads on managed Kubernetes platforms
- Improve observability through dashboards, monitoring, and alerting solutions
- Strengthen identity and access management practices using RBAC and managed identities
- Support development teams with deployments, troubleshooting, and operational best practices
- Contribute to internal engineering documentation and onboarding materials
- Participate in agile ceremonies and cross-team engineering initiatives
Profile
- Strong hands-on experience with a major public cloud platform (Microsoft Azure preferred)
- Proven experience running production workloads on Kubernetes
- Solid CI/CD expertise with pipeline-as-code approaches
- Practical Infrastructure as Code experience
- Comfortable working with Git and code review workflows
- Strong production mindset with focus on reliability, security, and ownership
- Clear written communication skills in English
- Collaborative approach with developers, security teams, and external stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience with GitOps and declarative delivery models
- Familiarity with API gateways and ingress technologies
- Experience implementing dashboards and alerting as code
- Knowledge of compliance and security standards such as ISO 27001, DORA, NIS2, or SOC 2
- Experience working in scaled agile environments
- French and/or Dutch language skills
