Our client, a leading Belgian law firm, seeks a Dutch-speaking Corporate/M&A lawyer (3–5 yrs) to join its Brussels office on strategic transactions.

Your duties and responsibilities

Advise and assist on a broad range of corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, venture capital, and capital markets.
Draft, review, and negotiate key transaction documents.
Manage files with increasing autonomy and direct client contact.
Collaborate with colleagues across practices and international law firms.

Ideal profile

Experience: 3–5 years in Corporate/M&A, ideally in a law firm.
Languages: Native Dutch, fluent in English, good command of French.
Qualifications: Belgian Master of Law (LL.M. or advanced business/corporate law studies are a plus).
