Your responsibilities
- Structuring, drafting and negotiating M&A and venture capital transactions
- Preparing and reviewing asset purchase agreements
- Drafting shareholders’ agreements, subscription agreements and joint venture agreements
- Advising companies and boards on strategic and operational corporate matters
- Providing ongoing legal support to innovative and scaling businesses
Ideal Profile
- Belgian Master in Law with strong academic credentials
- 4–7 years of experience in corporate, M&A and venture capital matters
- Comfortable managing projects and client relationships independently
- Entrepreneurial mindset and team-oriented attitude
