Compensation & Benefits Specialist | Function
- Design, implement, and optimize compensation & benefits policies aligned with company strategy
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive positioning
- Manage and improve employee benefits programs (insurance, pensions, incentives, etc.)
- Provide strategic guidance and ensure compliance with social legislation and HR best practices
- Act as the key point of contact for employees and managers regarding reward-related matters
Compensation & Benefits Specialist | Profile
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
- Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good command of English
- Strong analytical skills, knowledge of HRIS tools, and experience with salary benchmarking
