Compensation & Benefits Specialist | Function
- Lead the annual compensation review process, ensuring accuracy in key metrics for bonus calculations, etc.
- Develop and implement clear compensation & benefits policies and guidelines
- Provide strategic guidance on compensation & benefits matters to support business objectives
- Manage and develop the HR team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Compensation & Benefits Specialist | Profile
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
- Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good command of English
