Your responsibilities

Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including agency, distribution, licensing, development, partnership, e-commerce and service agreements.
Advise clients on commercial practices, distribution law, unfair trade practices and consumer protection.
Assist clients with IP monetisation and commercialisation projects.
Contribute to due diligence processes and projects involving innovative and technology-driven companies.
Advise on trademarks, copyright, IT, data and cybersecurity matters.
Independently manage projects and client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

About you

You hold a Belgian Master’s degree in Law with strong academic results.
You have 3 to 8 years of relevant experience, ideally gained in a law firm.
You have strong experience in commercial contracting, including agency, distribution or other intermediary arrangements.
Experience in IP and/or IT law is a strong asset.
You are autonomous, pragmatic and comfortable taking ownership of matters and client relationships.
