We are currently assisting a rapidly expanding FMCG company, based in Brussels, in their search for a Business Controller.

The Business Controller will play a key role in providing financial and operational analysis for a major production site. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, pricing analysis for new products, and supporting budgeting and forecasting. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the production site to give your recommendations and bring an added-value.
Role
- Financial and operational reporting for the production site
- Prepare pricing and costing analysis for seasonal products
- Reporting and presentation preparation for the Board
- Support in the continuous improvement of financial processes
- Collaborate with the management team for decision-making and strategic planning
Profile
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a Business Controlling or similar role in Finance
- Strong skills in Excel, some knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- You are fluent in French and/or Dutch. A good level of English is an asset
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive attitude
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments
