Role

Listen actively to business teams to gather and formalize their functional and business needs related to the CRM
Analyze interactions and data to identify opportunities for optimizing customer journeys and CRM usage
Collaborate with tech, product, and marketing teams to co-build relevant and effective CRM enhancements
Take part in testing, monitor deliveries, and contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM features
Ensure alignment between business goals and proposed solutions, leveraging a data-driven and results-oriented approach

Profile

2 to 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, with a strong interest in CRM-related topics
Expertise in gathering and formalizing business requirements, particularly related to optimizing customer journeys and CRM usage
Proven experience writing user stories and functional specifications focused on user needs and business value
Comfortable using collaborative tools (Jira, Confluence) and working with Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage functional changes
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, product, marketing, and data teams to develop relevant CRM solutions
