Your responsibilities
- Advising and representing clients in Belgian court litigation
- Acting in international arbitration proceedings
- Handling enforcement and attachment procedures
- Drafting procedural documents and developing litigation strategies
- Collaborating closely with partners and cross-border teams
Ideal Profile
- Belgian Master in Law with excellent academic results
- 1–5 years of experience in litigation, including arbitration exposure
- Strong experience in enforcement and attachment proceedings
- Perfect Dutch, excellent English and good passive knowledge of French
