Your responsibilities
- Advise and represent clients in complex commercial disputes.
- Assist with litigation proceedings before Belgian courts and arbitration proceedings.
- Draft procedural documents, legal submissions and client advice.
- Contribute to the development of dispute strategies across a variety of matters.
- Work closely with colleagues and clients throughout all stages of contentious proceedings.
Ideale Profile
- Belgian Master of Laws with an excellent academic record.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in dispute resolution within a reputable business law firm.
- Native Dutch speaker with an excellent command of English. French is considered an asset.
- LL.M. studies completed at a UK or US university are considered a plus.
