Your responsibilities

Advise Belgian and international clients on corporate and M&A matters, including domestic and cross-border transactions.
Assist with private equity transactions, working on matters from structuring through to completion.
Advise on corporate restructurings and related corporate matters.
Contribute to corporate litigation matters alongside the transactional practice.
Work with the Banking team on the structuring and documentation of acquisition and project financing.

Ideale profile

Belgian-qualified lawyer with 3–6 years of experience in Corporate and particularly M&A law, ideally gained in a similar practice.
Fluent in French, with English and Dutch at a level suitable for daily business use.
Strong interest in Corporate/M&A, excellent writing skills, commercial awareness and a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
