Your responsibilities
- Advise clients on EU and international competition law.
- Assist with merger control matters, including complex cross-border transactions and regulatory proceedings.
- Work on competition investigations and enforcement matters, including cartel, price-fixing and abuse of dominance cases.
- Contribute to competition litigation, including damages claims, competitor actions, class actions and administrative proceedings.
- Assist clients in relation to actions by competition authorities, including dawn raids and enforcement proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and prepare draft submissions, memoranda and other legal documents.
- Work closely with international teams on matters involving multiple jurisdictions.
Ideale Profile
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Antitrust & Competition, with solid exposure to merger control and regulatory matters.
- Strong analytical and drafting skills, combined with a proactive, creative and commercially minded approach.
- Excellent English and EU Bar Membership are required; experience advising clients in the technology sector is particularly relevant.
