As Software Delivery Manager, you will be the operational backbone of a 15-person development team. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you’ll foster delivery excellence, ensure smooth collaboration with Product, and build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making.

Role

Plan & manage delivery: define goals, track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers to keep sprints on track.
Ensure quality & security: enforce secure development practices (SSDLC), ensure strong QA/testing standards, monitor code quality, and support compliance (ISO 27001).
Boost team performance: foster collaboration, support hiring, and enable career growth discussions.
Leverage data & KPIs: track metrics (velocity, lead time, defect rates, code quality), analyze trends, and provide insights to leadership.
Optimize tools & processes: improve efficiency using Jira, Git workflows, CI/CD, and analytics tools (CodeScene, HayStack, CodeRabbit).
Bridge business & tech: facilitate technical decisions, ensure feasibility, and align requirements with architecture and business needs.

Profile

Fluent in English.
Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent proven experience).
5–10 years in software delivery or engineering management roles.
Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
Solid understanding of software development, QA, and secure development practices.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent communicator, able to bridge technical and business needs.
