Linux Engineer

We’re looking for a Linux System & Network Administrator to strengthen our infrastructure team.
You’ll be responsible for designing, maintaining, and evolving our technical foundations, ensuring performance, reliability, and security — all while driving innovation and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Role
- Design, administer, and continuously improve our Linux-based infrastructure and networks
- Build reliable, scalable, and secure systems that support our internal and external platforms
- Automate and streamline infrastructure management and deployment processes
- Implement and optimize monitoring, observability, and backup strategies
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance delivery pipelines and platform resilience
- Document systems and procedures with clarity, helping colleagues understand and adopt best practices
- Promote a culture of learning, autonomy, and technical excellence within the team
Profile
You have solid experience with Linux administration, networking, and infrastructure automation
You care deeply about data sovereignty, open-source technologies, and high availability
You prefer designing robust systems that prevent incidents rather than constantly firefighting
You value simplicity, reliability, and maintainability in every solution you deliver
You enjoy sharing your knowledge and helping others grow
