HR Business Partner

Our partner, active in business services, is currently looking for an HR Business Partner in the Brussels region.

An international and fast-growing organization is looking for an HR Business Partner to drive local “soft HR” initiatives and support managers and teams in their development.

Role

Act as the primary HR partner for managers: provide guidance on HR issues, develop tailored solutions, and support operational decision-making.
Define and manage the local training offer: select providers, develop the training catalog, monitor quality, and oversee the training budget.
Lead talent development processes: performance reviews, people reviews, career discussions, internal mobility, and development plans.
Manage offboarding processes and propose operational improvements.
Analyze employee engagement survey results and implement initiatives to improve satisfaction and team cohesion (events, internal initiatives).
Ensure HRIS data accuracy and effective usage: reporting, manager support, system configuration, and coordination with central HR teams.

Profile

Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Work Psychology, or related field.
3–8 years of HR experience, including at least one role as HRBP or HR Advisor (preferably in an international or multi-site environment).
Fluent in French and Dutch; professional English required.
Strong interest in skills development, training, and employee engagement.
Digital-savvy, comfortable with HRIS systems and reporting.
Autonomous, service-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and project management abilities.

Full-time permanent contract (38 hours/week), start as soon as possible.
