Our partner is a leading global provider of administrative and payroll services. Looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist based in Brussels

We are looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to join a growing payroll team. You will manage a portfolio of international clients, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing from start to finish, while providing expert advice and contributing to process improvements.

Role

Build trusted relationships with clients and act as a payroll advisor.
Manage payroll processes for a portfolio of clients, including joiners, leavers, settlements, and statutory declarations.
Ensure compliance with local legislation and government reporting obligations (DMFA, Belcotax, etc.).
Collaborate with team members, contribute ideas, and support the growth of the payroll department.
Participate in training and development programs to advance your career.
Assist with projects aimed at improving payroll operations and implementing best practices.

Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Fluent in English and Dutch or French
Client-focused, innovative, responsible, and organized
Strong team player with stress resilience and excellent communication skills
