Junior Associate – Administrative & Public Law

Our client is a fast-growing international law firm with a strong Public Law bench, seeking a Dutch-native Junior Associate to grow on landmark files.

Your duties and responsibilities

Support advisory and litigation work in urban planning/permits, environmental law (soil, EIA, waste, nature), and public procurement/PPP.
Draft memos, submissions, and contracts (procurement documents, tender queries, concession agreements).
Conduct legal research and due diligence on zoning, permitting pathways, and regulatory risks for transactions and developments.
Liaise with authorities and clients; prepare filings, hearings, and negotiations.
Collaborate cross-practice (Corporate/Real Estate/Regulatory) on projects in energy transition, infrastructure, logistics, and real estate redevelopment.
Contribute to know-how, client alerts, and business development initiatives.

Ideal profile?

Master in Law (Belgium); internship or 0–2 years in Administrative/Public Law (urbanism, environmental, or procurement is a plus).
Native Dutch with strong English; French is an asset.
Brussels or Flemish Bar (or eligible to register); rigorous drafting, client-oriented mindset, and team spirit.
