Our client is a top Belgian business law firm looking for a Dutch-speaking associate to join its highly reputed Corporate & M&A team in Brussels.

Your duties and responsibilities?
• Work on M&A, private equity, venture capital, and capital markets transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and related documentation
• Manage matters from A to Z with increasing autonomy and direct client interaction
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments and jurisdictions
• Support and contribute to knowledge-sharing and business development initiatives
Ideal Profile
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Corporate & M&A in a Belgian or international law firm
• Native Dutch speaker with excellent command of English and good knowledge of French
• Belgian Master’s in Law; additional LL.M. or business-oriented advanced degree is a plus
