Our client, a leading international law firm, is looking for a Medior Associate to strengthen its Corporate/M&A practice in Brussels.

Your duties and responsibilities?

Advise and assist clients on a broad range of corporate law and M&A transactions (M&A, joint ventures, private equity, venture capital, public takeovers).
Draft and negotiate contracts, due diligence reports, and corporate documents.
Work closely with other practice groups and international offices on cross-border matters.
Contribute to the growth of the Corporate/M&A team and maintain strong client relationships.

Ideal profile?

3–4 years’ experience in Corporate/M&A, ideally in a law firm.
Excellent command of French and English; good passive knowledge of Dutch.
Belgian Master of Law with strong academic record.
