As IT Security Manager, you’ll shape and lead the organization’s cybersecurity strategy, ensuring NIS2 and ISO compliance while overseeing vulnerability management, risk assessment, incident response, and security awareness across all teams.

IT Security Manager - Your Role

Develop and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with NIS2, ISO/IEC 27001, and other relevant frameworks.
Lead vulnerability management, from assessment to remediation tracking.
Manage incident response, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
Promote security awareness, oversee third-party risks, and support audits.

IT Security Manager - Your Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
5+ years in information security management or similar roles.
Strong knowledge of NIS2 Directive and ISO/IEC 27001 framework.
Proven experience in vulnerability management, risk analysis, and incident response.
Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead, CEH) preferred.
