Financial Controller in Supply Chain Sector

We are looking for a Polyvalent Financial Administrative Controller and Accounting Support Officer to strengthen a dynamic and evolving team based in Brussels.

This newly created position aims to provide versatile support across tasks at the intersection of administration, accounting, and client partner relations.

Main responsibilities

Dispute management: verify invoices, check goods (quantity, quality), track anomalies, and issue claims when necessary.
Accounting support: provide occasional assistance to the finance team and help monitor accounting operations.
Operational interface: act as the main point of contact between warehouses and buyers, ensuring smooth and accurate follow-up.
Analysis and coordination: support administrative and commercial monitoring in close collaboration with internal and external partners.

Profile sought

Degree in management, accounting, business administration, or equivalent.
A first successful experience in an administrative and/or supply chain role is a plus.
Strong ability to check and analyze numerical data.
Interest in varied tasks spanning administrative, commercial, and financial domains.
Organized, reliable, and strong interpersonal skills.
Fluency in French required; English is an asset.
