Our client, an international law firm with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, is looking for a Corporate & M&A Associate to join its Brussels office.

Working alongside seasoned lawyers, you’ll handle complex and stimulating corporate and M&A cases for both Belgian and international clients.
Your duties and responsibilities
- Draft and review corporate documentation, share purchase agreements, and transaction structures.
- Assist clients with M&A operations, restructurings, and corporate governance matters.
- Collaborate closely with partners and cross-practice teams on multidisciplinary cases.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to national and international clients.
Ideal profile
- Experience: Master in Law with 2–4 years’ experience in Corporate and/or M&A within a law firm.
- Languages: Native French speaker with excellent command of English (written & spoken).
- Qualifications: Belgian law degree with solid academic results; member of the Bar is an asset.
