IT Allround Helpdesk | Position Overview

We are looking for an IT Allround Helpdesk Specialist for one of our esteemed clients in the media sector. Located in the Ghent region, you’ll be the primary contact for technical inquiries and play a pivotal role in ensuring the continuity of IT services.

IT Allround Helpdesk | Your Responsibilities

• Proactive Support: Respond swiftly to IT-related queries, pinpoint issues, and provide timely solutions.
• Process Management: Ensure the implementation and adherence to best practices. Oversee an efficient and accurate process management, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, employing your ITIL knowledge to bridge gaps between different departments.
• Tool Expertise: Utilize ITSM tools like FreshService, JIRA, and ServiceNow to optimize workflows and enhance service delivery.

IT Allround Helpdesk | Desired Profile

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Experience: You have a background in support roles and general IT tasks and are ready to apply this experience in a dynamic setting.
• Analytical Thinking: You approach challenges with a process-oriented mindset. Knowledge of ITIL is a significant advantage.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiar with ITSM tools such as FreshService, JIRA, ServiceNow, and always eager to further improve your technical skills.
