Beyond the selection process itself, you analyse needs and advise the business on the best recruitment choices.

Function:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for employee profiles
• Analyzing needs with managers from different business units
• Participating in the development of recruitment strategies and tools
• Developing external partnerships and the company’s image

Profile:

• You have a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in recruitment
• You are fluent in French, Dutch, and English
• Sociable, agile, and assertive, with strong analytical skills
• You can think creatively and “out of the box” with a proactive mindset
