We are actively looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Brussels.

Beyond the selection process itself, you analyse needs and advise the business on the best recruitment choices.
Function:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for employee profiles
- Analyzing needs with managers from different business units
- Participating in the development of recruitment strategies and tools
- Developing external partnerships and the company’s image
Profile:
- You have a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in recruitment
- You are fluent in French, Dutch, and English
- Sociable, agile, and assertive, with strong analytical skills
- You can think creatively and “out of the box” with a proactive mindset
